I am particularly thankful for the bit on intrusive thoughts as the tips given there have helped me and some people I know massively.

Also, if you are a parent or one of those people like me who really think about parenting even before you are married and settled, then this book is a MUST HAVE. Much better than most self-help books out there, and one I can definitely imagine recommending to some of my therapy clients. I would have given this book 4 stars until i got to the final section- the tools and resources compiled into the last section make this a 5 star book for anyone looking to manage their mental health, emotional responses, coping mechanisms (changing from negative to positive ones) and understanding yourself and your brain/emotions/attachment issues.
