If you are interested in receiving this coverage for longer than one year, you have the option of purchasing additional years of the Performance Warranty. The pricing is as follows:

However, the Gear4music extended warranty scheme provides an enhanced service, and is designed to offer a higher level of protection than many 'free' warranties offered by some retailers and manufacturers. The sound is catastrophic, a grain of espce unpleasant o you feel that the sound is off, there are holes in the lower, like in low-mdiums, also a little in the treble. In short it is ugly. The gain is really low, there is a rhausseur ok but ds you push a little knobs, a breath ... I have not changed the lamp, because for a device like that the whole investment is useless I think Need a small, portable, quality and unbelievably inexpensive pre-amp? Look no further than Sweetwater and ART for the amazing Tube MP! This compact, single-channel tube pre comes in very handy, adding just the touch of warmth you've been looking for to your digital recordings. this thing is absolutely amazing, although it's really a preamp for a mic, I use it all the time with my guitar. I have a line6 spider2 amp and a digitech gnx3 which i use to get my distortion sounds, and i used to think they sounded great and very close to the originals before i plugged my guitar into this thing. It contains a 12AX7 tube, the kind of tube in most highend preamps of your favourite marshall, mesa, fender etc. This unit turns the digital models in your processor or amp into the real things that play just like the tube amps. I dont know why more people dont try it. In addition to the lamp with the book is of excellent quality. Try a 12AX7C High Grade Ruby ... do not be afraid to disassemble the beast to try diffrentes lamps. will never have a transparency of a MA5 or other Pramp more expensive but for the price, it's more than adequate for the stage and the home studio. In addition, there is the MP Studio (seen with meter) 65 in Germany from Musik-Productiv (if I remember correctly: http://www.musik-productiv.de)I found the ART Tube MP Studio V3 to be a versatile and sweet-sounding little mic preamp/DI box. While it might not have the finesse of some of the more up-market, elite models that use high-voltage tube circuitry, it is rather nicer than the preamps found in most small mixers, and tonally a lot more versatile. I'm not a big fan of presets, but these do the job well without detracting from the musicality of the sound, and there's enough choice to suit just about anything you might want to record. V3™ presets were created and fine-tuned by some of the industry’s top studio and live-sound engineers and allow instant access to a multitude of preamp settings designed for guitars (electric and acoustic), keyboards, bass guitars, drums, vocals and more. Additionally, the Tube MP Studio V3 employs OPL™ (Output Protection Limiting) technology to protect the next component in your signal path from clipping and overloads. Used for 1.5 years it has chandeliers, I Taté quite then some more expensive model of another brand that are often disappointing. In the range above must know what one is looking ... some preamp sound card is disappointing to the mp tube seems cleaner and does not add a dubious color. It's good for started, I had the chance to connect over good micro (AT33, u87 ...) and I was not disappointed, even when the microphone was "too good" for this pre amp.

For the price, it's worth having it in a corner for sonos faiblardes. I recommend for string instruments directly into the amp I think people who say it does not Pramp do not perhaps have sounded really used properly. Playing between the level and the level of output, we can get some pretty cool results. In short, super convenient, easy to use, simple disassemble (to change the lamp according to el'utilisation we want to do). There are a number of presets with the main difference in sound between them being different eq profiles, principally more treble or less. The other difference is whether you want the (preset and non-user-adjustable) limiter to work or not. Honestly I couldn't tell the (very subtle?) variations between the "neutral" and "warm" versions of the presets. For customers in outlying areas of the country, the price of the Extended Warranty may be marginally higher, due to the potential for higher collection and redelivery transport costs. It does add a subtle pleasant sonic aspect to the sound thanks to the magic of the tubes--this magic mostly consisting of a natural soft compression inherent to the design of the tube itself. I used it for recording and even during practice to alleviate the digital harshness of most of the equipment we get to use these days. Recommended for both its sonic properties and DI usefulness. NEW products: 4% of the current new selling price to double the warranty from 1 year to 2 years. 4% for each additional year. The Tube MP is the world’s most popular external tube microphone preamp. Whether you’re working with a digital, computer or analog recording system, the Tube MP’s TEC award nominated design will allow you to obtain professional recording studio results at a fraction of the cost of comparable equipment. The hybrid design of the Tube MP allows it to add warmth and fatness to a signal while maintaining exceptionally low-noise and high quality. While its primary application is to be used with a microphone, the Tube MP is an exceptional direct box – impedance matching, amplifying and improving the sound of any instrument plugged into it. The Tube MP accomplishes this quite well when you balance the price point with the overall product. The Tube MP does indeed impart some warmth to the signal but in my opinion it's more noticeable quality is a small amount of extra "focus" to the sound. In my experience the Tube MP has really helped with tightening up the upper midrange and treble of the source, and is helpful with virtually any microphone for adding a bit of "life" to the sound. Please note that this extended warranty is currently only available on products sold within the UK, EU or EEA, and is subject to the terms and conditions as detailed on the extended warranty certificate provided.

Playing around with input gain also is quite interesting, and with a clear VU meter and LEDs to indicate overloading signal paths, you have a clear insight into what simple adjustments can do. you can use both outputs at once, but only one input, if I had forked out the money to buy the next model it would have two channels, so i have no reall grounds to complain.Product: It takes some trial and error and understanding of the role of a tube preamp versus your preamp in the audio interface and how to set the pads and levels to get the best signal to noise ratios and maximize the tube warmth. I love the sound and use it with condensers and dynamic mics. I also feed a passive Ultra DI400P direct box to it. The ART Tube MP (Microphone PreAmplifier) is a high quality tube pre-amp for your microphone and instruments. Featuring a hybrid designed that allows you to obtain the warmth and ‘fatness’ you want want, while maintaining an ultra-low noise and high quality sound. Making it a powerhouse for your studio recordings and live performances. The Tube MP can also function as a direct box allowing you to match impeadances, amplify signal, and generally help to improve the sound of any connected instrument. Then when you want to search for a particular grain, color or simply refine their trimming, they move on. I have not tried many PRMPS before, but I have tried a lot since when same, and there is no comparison. The rotary control to the right of the meter is what makes this unit a bit different. Here you'll find 15 different switchable voicings (plus a neutral position), each using varying degrees of tube warmth, limiting, and subtle EQ. The presets are: Neutral, Vocal, Guitar, Bass, E-Keyboard, E-Guitar, Vocal (warmth), Valve, Multi, Vocal (warmth and OPL), Acoustic Guitar (warmth and OPL), Piano, Bass, Acoustic Guitar (OPL), Percussion, and Limit. When the signal level is high enough to approach clipping, the green power LED turns red, though this also signifies that the limiter is operating when OPL is activated. The most basic model Tube MP is a great value because it is so inexpensive, well made, and good sounding if used right. The preamp itself comes with presets for certain instruments or vocal types, although after experimenting with these, I don't always go with their suggestions depending on the tone I'm after. In common with a lot of budget valve equipment, the usual '250V DC plus' lethal high tension power supply has been replaced by a much lower voltage system, which does affect the valve's overload characteristics, as well as reducing the overall headroom, but if done properly, this approach can yield very pleasing results. In fact, the power comes from an external 9V AC supply, but I assume a voltage multiplier is being used somewhere, otherwise the maximum possible DC supply would be around 25 Volts, and the 48V phantom power switch on the front panel proclaims that this clearly isn't the case. Judging By Appearance The only thing I don%27t like about the unit is the information provided with it. It took me quite a while to learn how to get the most out of it. I documented my experiences and what I learned in the form of videos which you can find on YouTube if you search under the name 'ToneTaster'.
