Enough to give you a buzz every time you pour a measure (though perhaps that’s actually the blowsy blend of vanilla, orange, juniper and fresh Persian peaches). Infused with fresh red berries, rhubarb and foraged Finnish lingonberries, there are also the red fruit notes you’d expect from a pink gin, alongside herbs, spices and vanilla hints. It's made from a blend of 75% bacchus and 25% chardonnay, and gets its bubbles from carbonation rather than bottle fermentation.
