The bulk of Hibiki comes from the Chita Distillery (知多蒸溜所) in Aichi. Being mostly corn-based and column distilled, this grain portion adds lightness, soft texture, and fruit to the blend. The distillation run through the columns is rapid, which produces a heavier new make. Each and every Member must be of legal drinking age in its country of residence to be allowed to use the Service.
