Description

The bulk of Hibiki comes from the Chita Distillery (知多蒸溜所) in Aichi. Being mostly corn-based and column distilled, this grain portion adds lightness, soft texture, and fruit to the blend. The distillation run through the columns is rapid, which produces a heavier new make. Each and every Member must be of legal drinking age in its country of residence to be allowed to use the Service. My Account

The 21-year-old whisky and a new limited edition bottle design for Hibiki Japanese Harmony marks a century since founder Shinjiro Torii established Japan’s first malt whisky distillery in 1923. In addition to the Hibiki 21 Year Old, The House of Suntory has unveiled a centennial Hibiki Japanese Harmony bottle design, created to bring the art of monozukuri craftsmanship to life. The Service has been prepared by us solely for information purposes to Members and the Service is based on information we consider reliable and we obtain the contents of the Service from a number of different third party sources (including Contributions), but we do not endorse, support, represent, warrant or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of the Services and any information therein. My guess is Hibiki 21 will continue to be in high demand. But the crazy price increases will probably level out slightly. It’s not a bad investment, but there are better options in my opinion.
