Calibur Optimus Prime includes the same sword as the Movie Advanced Series toy, but painted with film-accurate colors. His ladder can be detached, as can his arms. Oddly enough, the ladder can connect to his shoulder joint, but only on the detached arms. This is very bizarre, as his arm and ladder don't do anything when connected. Megatron gained an energy-bladed sword between the years 1985 and 2005, which he used and subsequently lost in his famous last battle with Optimus Prime. The Transformers: The Movie This is the first incarnation of Optimus not to be killed off at any point during his series. Possibly due to the fact that he is not intended to be Optimus Prime in the original Car Robot series.
