Description

This blaster seems to be popular because it is compact, automatic, and has rare glow-in-the-dark darts. The clip shines a blue light on the darts to make them glow the typical greenish color for a while. Who can resist a heavy chain gun with a tripod? The Vulcan EBF-25 is fed by a 25 dart belt and can be fired fully auto or single shot with the bolt action. If you can find one with the string, bow, and ammo, you will have to pay a large sum to get your hands on one. This one is a lower on the list because it is rarer than some of the other more expensive ones. Cheaper Alternatives This blaster is cool because it shoots four Mega suction darts at once with a comfortable squeeze-style grip. It can also be used to deflect incoming darts while using a one-handed blaster like the Hammershot. The downside to forking out the cash for this gun now is that it has jamming issues. However, this is a fun one to play with still has one of the better-looking big blaster designs. ESTIMATED VALUE

There aren’t a ton of Nerf crossbows to choose from but the Zombie Strike series has a couple that are easier to find. Both the Wrathbolt and the Dreadbolt can be found for a third of the price.

Final Thoughts

Requiring a whopping 7 AA batteries didn’t stop the Rayven CS-18 from rising to become a popular Nerf collector’s item. This nifty little bullpup-style blaster needs those batteries to power the glow-in-the-dark tech in the clips, and the automatic flywheel in the gun. It is nice that it comes with a rechargeable battery, charger, and a good amount of ammo. There isn’t much out there like it, especially with it including the decent quality camera system.

As you probably guessed there aren’t many toys like this but the New Bright Remote Control Mech is worth a look. It doesn’t sport a camera but is an RC blaster that shoots balls like Rival ammo. 3. Nerf N-Strike Elite Rhino Fire It makes sense the biggest Nerf guns are expensive, but this one is a next-level credit card maxing temptress. This blaster actually works quite well for a ball flinger that shoots nice and soft. It is great for younger kids because it shoots soft ballistic balls and is pretty harmless. ESTIMATED VALUE

4. Nerf Terrascout Recon RC Drone

Besides the heavy guns that have been mentioned, the only blaster that is relatively close is the Nerf Hyperfire. It is a much more compact and smaller version with a 35-dart drum. 5. Nerf Crossbow 1995

There are many toys similar to this one now but they of course aren’t going to match the nostalgic value. Whether you have one of the guns on this list or not, it is definitely worth taking a look at what you get for an old blaster you have. This is the second special re-release line so far of the N-Strike line. The first was the Clear Series which was released in 2010, earlier than the Sonic Series.

7. Nerf N-Strike Vulcan EBF-25

It is fair to say nostalgia continues to cost more and more. To get your hands on a piece of Nerf history, you are going to have to be willing to part with a decent amount of dough.
