This novella is about Ridge's roommates, happy go lucky, porn watching, prankster Warren and the ice cold, hooters waitress, Bridgett. I can’t inhale, no matter how hard I try, because the need to kiss her has taken over… I need her air.

I know that some of you (still) aren't comfortable with reading explicit scenes, so consider this as a warning - Maybe Not is most definitely 18+ read. It’s such a breath of fresh air especially from CoHo who seems to capitalize (in a good way) on making the readers drown in tears and heavy feels. And there's Bridgette who let's admit, didn't exactly leave as good as much of an impression in MS but in this one, readers will finally get to see more of her and boy, is she one hard nut to crack! At Books2Door, we believe that reading is a fundamental skill that every child should have to help improve their vocabulary, grammar, and critical thinking skills.For me, this novella didn’t bring anything new to the table like Colleen Hoover's other books but it was entertaining. Fun fact: In average, I struggle with the series because I have no idea what happened in the first book when I want to read a sequel. The story begins before Sydney moves in and we see how Warren’s porn addiction started, and so much more. We knew Warren and Bridgette from Maybe Someday, but here there are a lot of stuff that we didn't have many details. But Warren has a theory about Bridgette: anyone who can hate with that much passion should also have the capability to love with that much passion. If you’re a fan of Colleen Hoover and if you loved “Maybe Someday”, this was endearing surprise that you shouldn't miss. At twenty-two years old, Sydney is enjoying a great life: She's in college, working a steady job, in love with her wonderful boyfriend, Hunter, and rooming with her best friend, Tori.

Getting to see how their relationship got started before Sydney moved in made a few of those unanswered question from book one so crystal. I loved how shamelessly entertaining his thoughts were and there was no shying away from his cocky, ego-boosting ways which just made me love him so much more. The writing was fantastic (I knew it would be) and the only thing I would change is that I wanted more! I don’t want to tell you too much about it though because it’s a quick read and I think it’ll be way more fun to just discover it for yourself!
