The one I bought came with a huge hole, Contacting INTEX about it was a bit painful, and took about 90 minutes of "chatting" with an agent to resolve the issue, They did send a replacement, which I sleep on every night now, replacing a 30-year-old conventional spring mattress. I would of happily sent it back if I was offered a refund or replacement, but I cant trust your companies integrity to inspect a product you sold to me and challenged so profusely when requesting a replacement. While they could be comfortable, a smaller, thinner Intex air mattress could be a better fit and would cost less money as well.
