I pray dear God in heaven that there are no girls reading this assault on literature and that they read something better, even a fashion magazine. We all were influenced by our childhood but when do we stop preaching that sob story and take responsibility for our conscious adult actions.

I have always wanted to the read this book I decided that I would give it a go and I also read the reviews. I thought of the irony of it all—of the paparazzi waiting outside for Nicolas Cage and LL Cool J, who were both in the dining area eating with friends. That really made me feel as thought the book was another cry for attention and for publicity and money. Her journey is filled with physical abuse, rape, drug and alcohol abuse, homelessness and single motherhood-all by the age of 26.

In the absolutely packed Act II, the dark fantasy resumes and the Sandman expands into the French Revolution, ancient Rome, 19th-century San Francisco, eighth-century Baghdad, and beyond. But later on she goes into detail about how her credit was ruined as a result of Kool G misusing her accounts during their time together. I'll admit my jaws dropped in places and I had to look blink twice to believe what I was reading, like where she said she dropped her son off with her abusive husband and upped and left.

The last thing I remembered was my body shaking violently as I sat on the toilet with my head in my hands and my friend Eva hovering over me asking me if I was okay. Hands-down this is the worst "book" in existence and I include such self-published treasures as BIRTH CONTROL IS SINFUL IN THE CHRISTIAN MARRIAGES and also ROBBING GOD OF PRIESTHOOD CHILDREN! I feel that Karrine makes it clear in her book that she was selected for music videos because she was willing to wear the skimpiest outfits and do things that no other model professionals were willing to do because it was outside professional boundaries. If you are looking for a deeply emotional look into her life, life-altering revelations, secrets of success and lessons learned, this is not the book for you.I don't think she has changed much as I look at the other books she has pushed out to solitify her as a "superhead" or the ultimate bad girl in the entertainment industry. If you are looking for a quick read, fluff and no substance or want to know who will sleep with anybody, enjoy! This was written by a self serving, drugged out, and Heaven help me I don't like to use the word, whoring gold digger. She manages to suck the last vestige of meaning from the word "love" as she applies it incessantly to every celebrity she sexually encounters. It's just crazy how some people have had to grow up in pure and living Hell, yet they still rise to the top.
