La historia de Mob es la de un reprimido social que busca ser popular y quiere enamorar a la chica que ama desde que era un niño. Además Mob es quizás uno de los psíquicos más poderosos del mundo aunque no usa mucho sus poderes por una tragedia que le sucedió cuando era niño. También trabaja para un farsante que dice ser psíquico y que se aprovecha de Mob pero el lo trata con mucho respeto. Antes de que se aventuren en esta graciosa historia es necesario que entiendan que ONE, el creador de la obra y de One Punch Man, ilustra muy mal. Realmente muy mal. Tanto, que aún con asistentes, esta obra parece ser que la dibujó en paint. En serio. El problema no es realmente grave en One Punch Man porque cuando el manga es recopilado en volúmenes, lo reilustra Yusuke Murata, un genio del arte japonés. En Mob no hay ningún Murata y One se encarga completamente del arte. Lo mejor es que aunque el arte es malo, funciona. Y funciona muy bien.
