If i could find something with the same scent profile but better performance, sign me up in a jiffy! I agree with other reviews and I think this compares well with 1 Million and Pure XS from Paco Rabbane, as well as many other masculine sweet/gourmand scents that use warm spice. It being winter time I was looking for something to add to my collection that’s not a fresh or clean type fragrance. The scent Edt is sour and sweet, but absolute is warm, peppery and dusty (I smell both of them right now and I am pretty sure about it).

If this was a cheapie i'd say its a good one, but this is expensive especially considering the size of the bottle. I don't know what maninka smells like but I assume the note I can't verbalize is that one and it smells quite lovely. My favorites are, first Parfum Edition, after Private Accord and at the last the rest of the line, because they are something similar, but I think Absolute it has better longevity than the original. I had the original and I liked it to start with but it got to the point where I was finding it too spicy for my liking. As the name implies it is The Scent, the ultimate scent for those who love woody and fruity fragrances.
