Casamigos roasts their agave for 72h in brick ovens before being fermented for almost twice the average time, using a special yeast blend. Petersham Cellar was founded by Giovanni Mazzei from the Marchesi Mazzei, owner of the Castello di Fonterutoli since 1435, Tuscany and Lara Angelica Boglione from Petersham Nurseries, London. Resting for 2 months before bottling, Casamigos Tequila Blanco is crisp and clean with hints of citrus, vanilla and sweet agave.

TASTING NOTES - Casamigos Blanco Tequila is a clean, crisp tequila, with tasting notes of citrus, vanilla and sweet agave, with a long smooth finish.It was almost creamy with a background of vanilla and something else that I can’t describe, I’ll say it was the agave ? that we didn’t have to mix and could drink straight or on the rocks, and could drink all day long without being hungover in the morning. It’s aged for seven months in American white oak barrels, which lends it just a hint of spiced wood.
