The story walks the reader through various parts of a bustling city and all the different shoes and feet of its inhabitants. I had the privilege to hear the author read this book out loud and the way she did it, with such lovely rhythm and cadence, made the words sing off the page. I have been fairly successful at pitching on twitter, at least in terms of getting requests, but this is the first time a pitch has led to publication.

The main character in this story is a baby that is observing the multitude of interesting and curious legs and feet that are moving in all sorts of ways through the city. This book is a lot of fun to read with the bright visuals and rhyming phrases, especially the seamless addition of other languages.
