His character was fascinating and yet, also kept me on the edge of my seat never knowing exactly what he was going to do. Oh and also she's an artist and pretty insecure because she's not as good as her brothers or mother! One heavily intense encounter and Killian Carson developed an intense and psychotic obsession with Glyndon King.The page count could have been cut down by 20% with no residual damage; beta and alpha readers — hey, what's up?

Irunia, humorously (naughty giggling bursting out of her orifi mouth): Killian was stuffing his cum into Glyndon's every available orifice. But they have nothing on ‘Killer’ the boy who set his sights on the girl he should’ve left well enough alone. I generally love Rina Kent, and I’ve listened to every one of her books, but this one was a struggle. I debated whether I should give this two stars or three but the talent in those steamy scenes deserved a solid star as it is, so we have a ⭐⭐⭐ book!aggressive behaviour (fighting creigh and almost beating him to death, and his role in the hunt which was to literally beat people with a baseball bat). As for Anni and Creighton, their story was good, but I think it kind of copied Adrian and Lia's whole spanking dynamic because, why not? The only thing I didn’t really enjoy with this book was the cameo POV chapters from the main characters’ parents. I love it when someone who doesn’t feel emotions in the traditional way finally falls for one special person. A little disappointed in Asher as well considering that I read his story and all that before this one.

I was pulled in by the narration for both Glyndon and Killian, which had me very much glued to my earbuds! Secondary characters and their interactions were mostly funny and entertaining ( nothing to obsess over in my humble opinion though), but maybe RK should focus more on her main characters so that others don't steal their show?I'm worried about RES as parents bc I'm scared their parenting is not the best, and I know they care for their kids and they can make mistakes but it pains me. Not exactly the usual happily ever after, but a real dark romance full of triggers, lead by perfectly cast narrators. Every time I close my eyes, Devlin’s kind face comes crashing in, then he smiles as scarlet red explodes from all of his orifices. killian exhibited all the signs but tell me why i still didn't believe in it 🤣😭 there must be something wrong in my brain for me to actually think killian is the most softest and tamest psycho i have ever read about. I’m absolutely curious as to who will be paired up with who in future books, I’m really really anticipating all their books.

Not gonna lie, I was a little unsure at the beginning if the author could convince me to love Killian. killian has spent his entire life thinking he is 'defective' the word that asher himself used, and then threatened his own son in front of his new girlfriend, telling her she can do better. Each of them are so different and seeing them all interact with one another, and who they could possibly be paired up with, was so fucking amazing.While she recognizes the traits within Killian, she certainly doesn’t like being the center of his obsessive world. I bet my soul that the next book is about them and I don’t know if it’s just me but why do I keep thinking their book would be like Vaughn and Len from The Angry God? I know it triggers some bad memory and reminded him of his past but that still was disappointing considering I love his story. As you get closer to the end, walls are coming down a bit, and start seeing the slightest glimpse of softness that Killian has towards Glyn. I enjoyed the brief cameos of Aaron, Wen, and Kylie, their voices were great for their one chapter, and will definitely be on the lookout for more by them.
