The conductive grease is produced with a temperature stable silicone oil for you to improve the electrical connections between your sliding surfaces. I wouldn't bother with products claiming to 'fill in the gaps' with conductive material for simple battery contacts - the current density isn't anywhere near high enough to require it. They are designed to lubricate and maintain electrical and thermal conductivity while providing protection against moisture and corrosion.
