It's completely inoffensive, but once you smell a perfume with almond that's higher quality (such as Dior's Hypnotic Poison), I think that Girl of Now's shortcomings stand out a lot more. A scent that triggers feelings of being curled up on the sofa with a disaronno and a good book cannot be a bad thing.
If I had to picture it, the perfume notes make me feel like I'm inside a sticky Italian Pignoli cookie covered in powdered white sugar. GoN opens with a glorious almond smell, intensely sweet and vanillic but I don’t find it cloying, given I use 3-4 sprays only (a third of my usual) and use it mainly in autumn and winter, as it can be overwhelming in warmer weather. For added intensity: apply perfume directly to your pulse points and / or hot spots (wrist, inner elbow and lower neck). A nose-filling sweet smell, caramelic, foody, deliciously sweet, literally smelling like cookies straight from the oven.

Created to evoke the effervescence of the carefree modern woman, this addictive scent reflects the shimmering beauty of embellishment as it reflects rays of light with a magical charm. this soon became my “short errands” perfume, and once I got even more bored of it I had it downgraded to a room spray. I see why so many people find it similar to Poison Girl and OMG, now that I see that Scandal by night (discontinued again) I totally agree although there's no tuberose or honey in the composition.
