About this deal

Why couldn’t Little Miss Trouble be trouble because she kept asking too many interesting questions or because she refused to follow rules that she felt were unfair? Small is saying mean things and they beat him up for it without asking if Miss Trouble is telling the truth. The story about Little Miss Trouble (and my description of it in this entry) reminds me of the first part of my favorite passage by Judith Butler in Gender Trouble. This book gets a higher rating because I found it in a pile of donated books and read it to my teammates.Birthday · Little Miss Jealous · Little Miss Christmas · Little Miss Birthday · Little Miss Stella · Mr. Dizzy seems to like his present (shoes that are too small for him) and gives her a bracelet of honey-filled sweets as a token of his appreciation. The Mr Men and Little Miss have been delighting children for generations with their charming and funny antics.

What does this passage from Butler suggest for Little Miss Trouble and how we (as parents and children) should read this *cute* kid’s story?
