Only issue I have is that the coffee and milk should be hotter, it's a good temperature if you plan on downing the whole coffee immediately but if you don't finish it in 5 or 10 minutes then you're left with cold rubbish.
Additionally make sure your User-Agent is not empty and is something unique and descriptive and try again. I also find the water reservoir too small, even though i understand it's actually bigger than other machines.
