She had to be won over, after hearing all the lines from all the other guys who were attracted to her.This was a guy's guy; the kind of cocky wiseass that young guys like to think they are, and who gets the girl not just because he's handsome, but because he makes them laugh, too -- even when they know it's all an act. Each episode is a bit short, full of fun until it (usually) suddenly goes all slapstick - but what do you expect? The dialog was very fast paced, with Maddie and David frequently interrupting and talking over each other.
was one of my favorites and the overbearing music on the disc really ruins it (or at least, ruins the scenes it plays over). They talk about the shooting of the pilot as well as the sequences that the network had problems with.The actors obviously enjoyed working with each other during the show, and this great episode is perfect for their comments.
