It is also easier to get caught on trees due to the hollow center but probably easier to get down as well. I appreciate they aren’t exactly dog-proof but if you accept that it’ll last 2 months then you’ll be ok. Its lasted ages with the dog mauling it although it is only a cav king charles, don't expect this to stand up to a lab or similar, although WORD OF WARNING be very careful using this with young children if there are high winds or gusts, whilst flying gusts can vary the height of the disc quite quickly and sharply and over the years we have had a black eye and a split eye with different kids as its not very forgiving if it hits you in the face because of the solid plastic ring within the flexible rings.
