Not sure if I keep re-purchasing the same bad batch, but I don’t know if I want to continue to use this brand. I have never dropped it, or been rough with it, and I still can’t manage to get through one full pencil without it breaking. I recommend this new brow defined for those with already full eyebrows - it really cuts the time in half to fill in your brows and you don't need as much product because of the shape of the defined. Finish by filling in the front end of the brow with minimal product in the direction that the brow hairs grow naturally. I even upgraded to the Brow Definer hoping the larger pencil will not break as easily but the caps have started to crack on that product as well. I love the original Brow Wiz, but I'm glad I at least gave this new product a try so I could determine for myself whether it's for me. For fuller brows I have pretty full brows already - I've used the brow wiz which is great, but it takes some time to fill it in because the tip is so small.This long-lasting, dual-ended pencil and brush marries efficacy with convenience for A-List brows in the blink of an eye. I've tried just about every single brow product out there but I was always frustrated that I couldn't get a nice, fine line at the ends. Brow Definer is perfect for beginners and on-the-go application for quick and easy eyebrow defintiion. My product didn't fall out like other have said, but when u purchases the hourglass eyebrow definer, that one fell out.
