If you’re looking for an interesting way to integrate more healthy meals into your repertoire, I highly recommend both of her books – the photos alone will have you drooling! Red rice is a bit softer than brown and holds together a bit better, but if you’re careful forming the patties and use a gentle touch before frying, it should work out fine. Between Red Rice Shakshuka with Feta Cheese, Minted Lamb Sliders with Pine Nuts and Currants and Light Lemon Custard with Blackberries and Pomegranate Molasses it was not an easy decision.
