If you make that out of aluminum, you're not going to have enough heat left in the flue to carry the water vapor away (212°F), let alone the creosote vapors (400°F). Would one of these flame-resistant coatings prolong the life of mild/carbon steel welds with normal welding - IE - not "low hydrogen"? Its a 80Kw monster combined oil/wood burner made by hs tarm with auto changeover between wood/oil etc. This is important when you prepare to locate the outlet on the EXACT opposite side of the bucket, so that the unit will be properly aligned when installed in the chimney pipe.
