Heat packs can be used to ease the pain of acute and chronic injuries, such as strains, sprains and muscle spasms. It's made from higher grade fabric than non-woven hot and cold sleeves/covers and comes with a strap which makes securing or attaching your ice pack even easier.

For hands-free use, strap the hot and cold pack onto the affected limb using cohesive bandage or our elasticated compression strap. If at room temperature, heat the pack for 1 minute on high wattage and allow a minute before applying. Cold Therapy: for fast relief from sprains, strains, bruises and swelling, headaches and minor injuries.
