This is a great companion book for Minecraft fans with details of over 20 construction projects along with deconstructed step by step photos. Most of the builds are a bit advanced for my 7yr old son, but I like the fact that the book has difficulty rating for each one to give you an idea of whether they are likely to be within your reach. From marine tugboats to hanging homes and even a parkour course, there’s a build for everyone between these pages! Don't worry if you're new to building as the book starts with a brief "general build tips" section before moving on to the individual projects.

I think there is a good variety in the builds from a Unicorn Statue to a Marine Tugboat to a Jungle Shrine. My daughter is very into Minecraft in creative mode at the moment so has been quite taken with this book.The compact size is nice for portability, but it does mean that some of the illustrations are a bit small. Overall, bar the confusion about how to use this, we’ve been happy with this and would be happy to recommend.
