Actually one of the favourite things I have recently purchased as my solar panels will mostly power this and my computer easily in the brighter days (this is mid dec). At first I thought it was very good, you could definitely feel pleasant warmth that seemed just right. I did try it blowing directly at me so I was facing the heater, that was better but as I say the bits that weren't getting the heat felt so very cold in comparison. This unit has a plus which may or may not be a plus point when this unit is used on a computer desk the addition of a USB port that remains live as long as the 150cm mains lead is live even if the heater part is in use or not. However when working away from the computer the heat can still be useful and even if working with your phone and that will still require charging from time to time so it could have its uses.
