About this deal

Touching on the creative spirit and all that comes with sharing that gift, Tarah DeWitt's Funny Feelings is a swoony story about friendship, love, and looking for the laugh in life.

It touches on the creative spirit and all that comes with sharing that gift, and how oftentimes the comedians in our lives are the most sensitive, or struggling. Tarah loves stories centered around perfectly imperfect characters, especially those with just enough trauma to keep them funny, without ever being forcefully cavalier.Farley Jones is an up and coming comedian who is loud, raunchy, and has no filter and those things for a woman are always thought to be unacceptable but okay for men.

Then I retired and found out there’s no playbook for life—especially when the one you thought was perfect gets flipped upside down. It's gotta be something, because I've never been a huge fan of the romance genre, but you wouldn't believe me at all after looking at what I've read this month. They were a family before Meyer or Farley could admit they wanted to be, and they fit so seamlessly into each other's lives that it could only have been fate that brought them together. My love for this heartfelt, swoony read began right away, and it just got stronger and stronger as the book progressed. Also getting to see them go from friends to lovers gave me butterflies, I was so invested in their story and the way it ended was so beautiful.
