If the first book wasn't so jam packed and juicy then I would be giving this a five star but as in most cases, the first just had that extra something special to it. Like I said before, there is definitely a soap opera quality to the book as there is a lot of sleeping around, secrets, illegitimate children, love, betrayal, murder, etc.
