For The Year of Zelda, I’m aiming to finish all of the Zelda games I’ve yet to complete before treating myself to Breath of the Wild at the year’s end. I can’t find any faults with it at all and Nintendo deserves a lot of credit for nailing that part of the Amiibo. At least they gave him a mouth and nose though 😉 As regards to your thoughts on the game itself, what would you rate it out of 10?

After using an amiibo, when Mario grabs a Mystery Mushroom he takes on the amiibo character's appearance, complete with character-specific animations and sound effects. I like the horse and all, but that’s not even how Epona looks, so we essentially have a random horse amiibo. Functionality is a big reason to get one over the other and since I don’t have BotW yet, I don’t know as much about that as I usually do. This Amiibo can be scanned multiple times per day so long as Wolf Link is not killed - in which case he cannot be resummoned again in a day. That is awesome that you’re thinking about getting a Link and I would recommend checking out Archer Link to see if you like that figure better (especially if you’re only getting one). If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. The stuffed animal could preferably have been double bagged inside the packaging though, since the package had a small rip and thus the toy was in risk of damage.

Also worth mentioning would be a functionality comparison of all the Zelda amiibo in Breath of the wild.
