About this deal

All the children were so keen to draw but trying to guess what they drew, we really had to think outside the box! PLEASE NOTE that each player must roll the dice individually so each will probably move a different number. On the box there are different picures, Smarties, Tony the Tiger from Frosties, Marmite and so many other things that I am sure everyone knows. These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. Depending on where you land on the board you take a card and may have to describe the brand or product without using the name, draw a picture for the other players to guess, or simply answer questions with 'yes, no or maybe' until the brand or product is guessed correctly.

We tend to do this instead of turning on the PlayStation or TV as it’s more interactive and sociable. Can you Guess It as you ask the card holder questions that will give away the picture on the front of the game card what questions would you ask to get Shaving Brush? This is a no questions asked board game from top UK manufacturer Drumond Park who also released the hugely popular Logo game which was designed for older children and adults. Facebook / Instagram Ads: We use cookie tracking to help us understand how effective our digital marketing campaigns and to tailor ads to you. The Describer cannot use:- "starts -with", "rhymes-with" or "sounds-like" type clues although hand movements are allowed.Twenty first century life is surrounded by corporate logos and brands - whether we realise it or not.

Players take it in turns to be question master, asking the player to their left the questions until they get one wrong, when they instead ask the next player. The game is suggested for players aged 8+ which is definitely the minimum because, as well as being able to read, players need a good knowledge of brand names, some of which are quite grown up. Every time a question is answered correctly the player moves their counter to the next available section of board with a matching colour, until they reach the centre, when they must answer 2 questions correctly consecutively to win. While moving around the board, the players could land on “guess it” “draw it” or “describe it” and must complete that style of challenge on their next turn. We play this with our teenagers and it's a real laugh, as well as teaching us some bizarre and probably useless trivia! Before we began, I swapped the small paper pad with a larger drawing pad so we could draw more comfortably and team members could see more clearly.

Anna Marikar, mum of four and seasoned blogger, has spent over a decade sharing her parenting journey and passion for kid-friendly crafts and free printables. The information does not usually directly identify you, but it can give you a more personalised and consistent web experience. The player who guesses the 3rd word correctly will win the chance to roll and move around the board, along with the player who gave the clues.

Myself and my oldest daughter had to try and guess what they were and we couldn’t move on until we had guessed correctly but we had to guess before the sand ran out and its only the person that guessed the third word that wins with the describer. The fact that the cards are double-sided is a bit of a pain actually because it's hard to keep them hidden when you pick one off the pile to play. We have played this a few times since receiving it and can’t wait to play it at Christmas with our other relatives. This is a great game for the bringing the family together, especially when you want something for teenagers and pre-teens to play on an even level with the adults.
