About this deal

If not, don't worry about it - they do have had one of the longest safety records as preservatives! The Etude House Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream is an intensely hydrating cream formulated with panthenol, madecassoside, sunflower seed oil, and shea butter. This combination effectively moisturises and restores the oil-water balance of the skin while repairing skin damage simultaneously. Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter: Moisturizer + Anti-aging (Vitamin A) +Anti-fungal + Anti-inflammatory + Wound healing (Boosts collagen production and promotes cell regeneration) I also prefer products with fewer ingredients, as logic would follow that the more ingredients a product has, the higher the chances of you reacting badly to one of these ingredients. I’m not saying that this cream is bad, chances are you will like this even if you have mildly sensitive skin, but again, chances are you’re better off trying something like the Balancing Gel by Pyunkang Yul, which constitutes 90% Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extract (Photoprotective, Anti-aging, and Wound Healing). Formulation: Cruelty-free, mineral oil-free, free of color additives, synthetic perfume, parabens, harsh alcohols, common allergens, silicones or sulfates

The Soon Jung 2x Barrier Cream is one of the best go-to moisturizers I’ve ever tried (I have combo skin). It’s got a simple, clean ingredient list and is not irritating or comedogenic. How to use: I haven’t personally seen much of a difference, but that is expected as there aren’t any ingredients that specifically work to brighten or exfoliate the skin. They mostly have very good moisturizing properties and work a bit as anti-aging agents since moisturized skin is happy skin (dryness contributes to the aging process). My point here is that if your skin is doing relatively okay, the Etude House Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream moisturizer won’t do much other than.. well.. moisturize. The Silicone-free label only includes the most common Silicone ingredients that have indentified been reported by individuals that could potentially cause issues. At SkinCarisma, we've done our best to identify as many ingredients as possible but note the fungal-free label may not be 100% accurate due to the complexconditions and combination of ingredients that malezzeria can thrive on. They help loosen up the dirt and grime from your skin and hair to allow for water to wash it away with ease. Additionally, products that may contain ingredients that have shown to feed Malassezia may not neccessarily exacerbate the condition due to concentration of ingredient used in the product, this information is simply not available on the products. If you have oily skin, I would suggest trying the Tatcha Water Cream that’s water-based and more lightweight ( review here). Is Soon Jung barrier cream good?

Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil (Sunflower): Emollient (Softens and soothes and acts as a moisturizer) + Hydration (Fatty Acids) + Anti-inflammatory ( Linoleic acid) When you use the Etude House Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream consistently in your skincare routine, you enhance your skin's resistance with a protein barrier that offers an ideal solution for sensitive or damaged skin. Protect the skin barrier, moisturise your skin, and relieve irritation with this intensive cream.A staple product for sensitive skin – this best selling hypoallergenic cream is formulated with 93% naturally derived ingredients that work to balance, repair, hydrate and soothe the skin. Featured star ingredients include Panthenol, Madecassoside, Green Tea Extract and Sunflower Seed Oil that repairs skin damage, nourishes the skin from deep within, soothes redness/irritation and keeps the skin soft and smooth all day. It has a low pH and free of any irritants like fragrance, artificial colour or parabens. Ingredients With a low pH formula and no irritants such as fragrance, artificial colours, and parabens, this Etude House Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream will help to strengthen your skin against damage, stress, and many other environmental factors. Potential irritants: Cetearyl Alcohol is a very commonly used fatty alcohol ingredient in moisturizers, however, may also be an irritant to very sensitive skin types (suggest to patch test or simply avoid it if you’re allergic)

Cetearyl Alcohol : Emollient + Viscosity Controlling + Emulsifying + Surfactant/Cleansing + Emulsion Stabilising [non-drying alcohol]The EU Allergen Free label is for the 26 ingredients identified by the EU SCCS and products will be only flagged if a suspected ingredient is on it's ingredient list. It is possible for cosmetics to contain one of the suspect ingredients without it appearing on the ingredient list due to it not reaching the concentration threshold to disclose it and cosmetic manufacturers choice to not disclose it.
