Connectivity can be by Bluetooth directly to the headset or by using the dongle. If using the dongle in your laptop, the headset connects straight away without any Bluetooth setup. Using the dongle also gives you an LED indicator of the connectivity status, green if it's connected, red if you are in a call etc. This is useful indicator of you can't quite work out of the headphones are or not connected. I had this dongle plugged into a USB extension originally so didn't spot the LED, but now I have it plugged into the side of my laptop I always know that they are connected. With an over-the-head wearing style, your headset is balanced and secure, and the headband itself is fully adjustable for ultimate comfort. The headset feels comfortable wearing it for several hours at a time. I do feel a little warm around the ears after two hours straight, but nothing major (expected). It's a work headphone so I have not tested music or game. I have Sony headphones for those other types of activities. One issue we encountered was when trying to connect with a second device, swapping between a Windows laptop and an Android device. The process would sometimes fail despite being in range and previously paired with the only option being to restart the pairing process. Been using this Jabra Evolve 65 UC headset every day for nearly 2 months now and I am very satisfied with it, both as a UC headset as well as general use headphones. Das Headset ist mit nur 111 Gramm leicht genug, dass man auch nach mehreren Stunden noch keine tauben Ohrenspitzen oder Kopfschmerzen bekommt. For the last year my home PC has also been my work PC due to Covid WFH situations so I have it a co-mingled mix of my personal apps like video editing software, sound mixing software, and general use for watching Netflix or YouTube, and work apps like my Fuze softphone, Teams, Skype for Business, Zoom, and WebEx. I've also paired this headset with my cell phone for hands free calling. I've been really happy with how it performs in every case and can't think of anything that has been a major disappointment.
