About this deal

And man don’t get me started on all the pointless details this author included in her writing. But somehow missed all the details SHE SHOULD HAVE INCLUDED. This was much closer to my perfect reverse Haren! The brothers were intent on sharing her from the start, there was practically no jealousy between them, and two out of three relationships felt well-developed! I'm excited! this is not your typical arranged marriage situation. This book is deeper, darker and sorta makes you feel the pain or heartache of the young women characters.

One brother is fighting his own demons and wants nothing to do with her, despite the fact she is to be his wife. One brother just wants to play with her like a toy, breaking her because he can. The other falls hard, but also is known for that so what can she really believe. Bottom Line? I finished, but mostly I was wondering how the author was gonna pull this off in a standalone… and I’m not sure she did. These big bad mafia dudes were just beta simps overcome with instalove for the nympho virgin h. 🙄 ⭐️⭐️ It’s me against them, and only time will tell If I'll be the winner or be destroyed in these cruel and merciless Mafia Wars .New York City, the powerful head of the Cosa Nostra, is my new home. Where Lucian, Raphael, and Gabriel Rossi now think they own me. The rivalry between the Italians of the Outfit and the Cosa Nostra has been ongoing for decades. So imagine my terror when I find myself, the daughter of the Cosa Nostra's boss, at the bitter end of a raw deal with the heirs of the Outfit. Her virginity: I was expecting more angst surrounding which brother got to take it. It was completely anti-climactic. And not what I wanted to happen. Now even if I found this meh, they are on arranged marriage so they don't own anything to each other yet..

A dahlia has always bloomed best in the light, and even though everything about this place and these men is shrouded in darkness, I’m determined to thrive…to win. I had no idea that it was RH before starting it. I figured it out a couple of chapters in. I was not a fan of the insta-love between her and literally all the men. Like I think by chapter 6 she mentions she was in love with one of them and Gabriel also said that he loved her. I know Raphael and Lucien didn’t admit it until later, but it was still instalove for the them (and even her tbh). When I started reading it I thought it would be like a mafia enemies to lovers but sadly it was not. I could think of so many things I usually would've rolled my eyes about, but I just didn't care. I was going to continue on this dark path. Next up in the series is Valentina and the difference with her story from the others is she is completely left out of the loop of the pact that was made 10 years ago and with her barely turning 18 she has no clue what is in store for her. But let me tell you that doesn’t mean she doesn’t give these men a run for their money. While she has been kept away from all of the day to day stuff that doesn’t mean she doesn’t know what her family is involved in and she is not some shy girl that wont stand up for herself. No she is feisty and while she may be inexperienced you see her deep desires stirring in her soul and these three men Sal, Fausto and Armani are here to bring all her fantasies to life. Them spicy scenes will leave you panting for more and fanning yourself so you don’t overheat. I'm not rating this book because out of the four books I've read so far in this series, unfortunately, this is my least favorite. I loved how she built up Val and her character. She was really out there and occasionally funny. Sadly, I was at 30% and the heroine had no clue what was about to happen to her and she hadn't even met the heroes yet. For a RH, I feel like that's really late. And once she met the heroes, she didn't get married like in the other books, she just spent time being toyed with by the hero's side men. If there was one consistent thing in this series, it's the main hero's (meaning the man who is supposed to marry the heroine) is always reluctant to marry and hates the heroine and abuses her horribly. And yea Val was young and sometimes acted like it but I was expecting that so I was not surprised nor was I upset about it. She was sheltered her whole life and you could blatantly tell when she was around these dangerous men We aren't Butchers in name only, and surely the Rossi family can’t be as bad as the devil that’s been destroying me since I was eight years old.

I don't know ........ Honestly what is going on in this set?? series?? of different authors supposedly collaborating with each other ........... according to what I was reading ... the book BINDING ROSE was Book 1 ..... then this book says it is 3 but yet is actually the second book in the series . SO far they seem to be a Bit all too a-like ......just different names ...... Cause the scenes are pretty much the same .......Instant attraction to people who should be your enemy. Compliant and docile women who are willing to renounce their independence for the treaty their Fathers and Brothers created to keep Mafia Peace???. Men who are purportedly the most dangerous mobsters until a pretty girl enters their life and they somehow all become better humans. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed the stories so far ....The authors are doing a good job bringing the words to life and getting you invested but its not enough to stop the reader from spoting the retelling of more or less same story.......... and they all take on the Brothers as Lovers ?? Oh well I at least made it thru 2 of the books .......... While sexual tension abounded -- the chemistry was tangible -- the story would have been well-served with more spice particularly for a reverse harem, and it felt mostly like teasing. This reverse harem evolved and was more individual interaction with the heroine rather than group, which I didn't particularly mind as it created some juicy jealousy but a bit of disconnect. Ruining Dahlia is written with multiple POV’s from Dahlia, Lucian, Raphael and Gabriel, with the main focus being from Dahlia. I read this book yesterday and I still am not sure how to rate it. I’ve seen a couple of videos about it on Booktok and the last one was something like “she gave her virginity to her fiancées brother on a plane”. Tbh it sounded interesting and I decided to read it. There were a few descriptive things that were missing from the story, that at times kept making me wish I knew this information earlier in the story, as the time it was mentioned I’d already made an assumption. That’s the only reason why I dropped a star on my rating, as the story overall is well written and captivating.cheating - depends on your definition - the H that the h is engaged to (arranged marriage) gets a bj from another woman at their engagement party. She witnesses it. They haven’t been intimate yet, but they are officially engaged. I get insta love. When it’s done right - it’s beautiful. But I’m sitting here scratching my head trying to figure out when the moment came where they started falling for each other? All of sudden it was filled with “I love yous” and I’m over here screaming WHAT WAS THE REASON There is bad blood between the Moretti family and Rossi family, mainly thanks to Valentina's horrible father, Carlo. If you previously read Ruining Dahlia, the third book in the series, you'll have met Carlo and Valentina's brothers, and this book gives you a glimpse into the life she led before she was forced to move to Chicago. While Salvatore, the eldest Moretti, dislikes Valentina from the moment she arrives, Fausto and Armani, his twin brothers, are ready to make her theirs. But someone from Valentina's past is after her and will do whatever they can to take her away from the Morettis. I've read the whole six-book-long series and I can honestly say this is the worst (from my POV of course). It's not till halfway through the book that things start to get interesting. The plot doesn't seem credible, and I know that in a mafia themed book things are bound to get quite unbelievable, but still. It seemed like it was all just a pretense for the smut, which was okay I guess, but I could have lived without half the book before the smut finally started that could have been sumarised in just a couple of chapters, not the the more that 15 the author put me through before it.
