About this deal

With a Trifield Meter, you can identify areas with high EMF exposure, prompting you to possibly reorganize the workspace or limit time spent in certain areas. No RF Reading – Although I really stand by this product as probably the best EMF reader if you’re on a budget, it does not offer the full spectrum of EMF detection that the Trifield TF2 does. Just about all budget meters are only going to read magnetic and electric field radiation, and not offer radio frequency radiation detection. This is obviously not ideal, because you won’t be able to read the emf levels from things like mobile phones, routers, etc. There are still tons of electronics that you will be able to read, but radio frequency levels unfortunately will not be available. Accommodates frequencies from 40 Hz to 100 kHz for magnetic and electric fields, and from 20 MHz to 6 GHz for radio frequencies A Peak Measurement reading is the highest reading over a measured period of time (like one second or something). This Peak Measurement is the number that we use most of the time, or at least I do. On a digital meter like this the Field Measurement reading changes so much, that you can’t see each number it displays. And what I really want to know is what its highest readings are anyway. EMF Radiation fluctuates.

There are so many other reasons that you should consider getting a quality EMF meter that I can’t cover them all here, but suffice it to say that it will be one of the best decisions you make on your EMF protection journey. Other Related Questions Like many of us these days, you've got a home office setup. You've got your computer, maybe an extra monitor or two, the Wi-Fi router buzzing away in the corner, and your phone on the desk. It's prime EMF territory. The "Weighted" zone, marked in a darker blue, is more responsive to frequencies above 60 Hz, allowing it to measure the impact of EMF fields on conductive bodies like your own. However, for most typical uses, the standard settings will be your go-to.The Acoustimeter is probably without a doubt the best Radio Frequency (RF) meter on the market. It is extremely accurate, simple to use, and preferred by professionals. However, it does have its downsides. For example, it only reads RF radiation and is not designed to read electric field or magnetic field radiation. We’ll talk more about the positives and negatives of the Acoustimeter in a second, I just want to say that if you are looking strictly for an RF meter, this is the one you need.

You can use the meter to detect large exposures of magnetic field, electric field, or radiofrequency radiation in your home, apply a solution, and test how much the solution reduced the risk. These invisible forces, produced by nearly all electronic devices (yes, even the phone or computer you're using right now), surround us all the time.Phew… You did it! If you made it here then you just read well over 6000 words about EMF meters, good for you! I hope if you’ve read this far you have all the information you need to make the best decision for YOU. That is an important point because although I rated the Trifield TF2 the best EMF meter of 2023, that does not necessarily mean it is the best option for you and for your needs. That is why I went into so much detail in this post so that you would be able to make your own decision. Next, I like that they increased the sensitivity of the radio frequency field sensor by 1,000 times. The TF2 can also measure twice as broad of frequency ranges for radio frequency radiation. The 100XE measured up to 3 Ghz, and the TF2 now measures up to 6 Ghz.

Let’s talk a little bit about why this might be a great meter for you. Things I Love About The Acoustimeter AM-10 If you are measuring radio frequency magnetic radiation from say, a cell tower, or your smart meter, turn the dial to the RF settings (radio frequency). You've got three main ones on the standard Trifield Meter: magnetic, electric, and radio/microwave. The HF 35C High Frequency Analyzer has a power measurement range of 0.1 to 1999 micro-watts per meter squared. The TriField EMF Meter Model TF2 has a power measurement range of 0.1 to 19999 micro-watts per meter squared. The TriField will read an emission that is 10 times as powerful as will the HF 35C. When I got the TriField TF2 and started reading the specifications, I was really surprised by that. Frequency Range I recommend EMF meters in many of the articles here on EMF Academy, and for what I think is a very good reason. If you’re here, reading this article, I’m going to assume you already have a baseline understanding that EMF radiation from devices like your cell phone, laptop, tablet, etc is dangerous. The peak percentage indicator works just like the field percentage indicator, and shows the maximum measurement on an arc display on the screen. The Trifield meter is a nifty little device that works wonders in detecting and measuring invisible forces around us known as electromagnetic fields, or EMFs for short.
