Personally, I wouldn’t bother doing fresh chips because frozen ones are perfect for the job and suit the air fryer way of cooking perfectly, without the clonk. I do love roast potatoes, done in the air fryer. I cut the potatoes into whatever size you want, pop them in a bowl and toss them in about 1 tablespoon of oil then airfry them for about 35 mins or less (I’ve yet to try them in this cooker). Ready frozen Yorkshire puddings take about 3 mins to do from frozen to crispy , and I make stuffing in a bowl, cover it with foil, then cook it on high for about 15-20 mins.
