About this deal

with your baby from such a young age, by learning how to sign really is an invaluable skill and at TinyTalk it’s really fun and enjoyable to learn too. Our Toddler Talking classes (suitable for the more mobile toddler approx 18mths +) are great fun too with lots of action songs, books, games, even a parachute! We work on speech development as well as listening skills, social skills, co-ordination, sharing and turn taking. meet their needs. Learning this in a fun engaging environment whilst meeting other parents is fantastic!

When the opportunity arose for me to become a Tiny Talk Teacher I jumped at the chance. It’s not often you can bring your daughter to work and know they will be benefiting from it educationally as well as making lots of new friends and having fun. Signing has created such a lovely bond between my daughters as my eldest was keen to teach my little one everything she knows. Even at the age of nine she is still interested in learning new signs. I believe signing has helped them both to speak, they started talking from a young age and they never stop!!! I noticed Alice was not communicating verbally by the age of 18m and we were referred to Speech & Language services at age 2. Our Speech Therapist was so pleased that we had given our daughter another way to communicate, and confirmed that signing had not caused her speech delay - a common misconception. It had in fact allowed her to have a 'voice' - to tell us all the things she was seeing, thinking and feeling, reducing the frustration of not being able to talk. We were right to continue signing, and were so thankful for our time at TinyTalk. This is why I became a TinyTalk teacher. She can now also say almost all of the words too, though with normal toddler speech progression so I'm very glad of signing to be able to work out if it's 'bath' or 'bus' that she's telling me.I hold classes in Ilkeston, Morton and Waingroves so why not come along and join the fun with me. They are all held in person in lovely bright rooms with parking. Positive mental health is really important to us at Tiny Talk- which is why an integral part of our sessions is the social time. I will provide you with a lovely hot drink and a biscuit, and you get to enjoy a sit down and chat whilst your little ones are entertained.

I'm Sarah and I have joined Katherine as one of your teachers for TinyTalk Mole Valley. I will be teaching in the Horley area. I am mum to Ellie who is two years old. It really is incredible to have an insight into the mind of your child and know what they want, feel or need before they can tell you. Whatever age your child(ren) is, I can promise you will both enjoy my classes, just as much as I enjoy teaching them! An easy to use, non-invasive, cost-effective energy data logger. Whether you’re working on your PC at home or at work, the portable version is an excellent choice to avoid repetitive tasks. While it is already an excellent time-saving tool, the portable file is the perfect choice for people working on multiple devices or computers. Does it offer good support?

Learning baby sign with our girls has helped them to successfully communicate their interests, needs and desires and has dramatically reduced the frustrations with not being understood. The ability to communicate with us in a positive way at a such a young age has helped form an even stronger bond between us as a family and has encouraged the development of good communication. Just in case the media player automatically starts playing the file, you can close it with the cross button, and choose the app from the Open With selection. You can even let the computer choose this option on default, which ensures your media player doesn’t automatically start playing macros. Does it create configurable macros? TinyTask is a straightforward, simple, and easy-to-use application. Unlike complicated programs, this one doesn’t require you to possess technical skills or scripting knowledge. With this lightweight application, you can easily automate tasks on PCs. All you need to do is record the screen, and the app automatically creates a specific macro. You can easily repeat the action anytime. Like MacroMaker, TinyTask comes with a single screen, which features an intuitive and simple interface. How to use the app? Henry was 5.5 months old when classes returned to face-to-face teaching, I was hooked after the first class! The combination of baby signing, singing, action songs, reading and sensory activities was fantastic, I really felt like we were enjoying an all-round class and definitely getting our money's worth! It was the most incredible experience when Henry signed his first sign to me and his dad. We thought it would be milk but no, it was "more"! Shortly followed by nappy and bird. Everywhere we went we had to look for birds so he could practice his signing; as soon as he woke up he wanted to look out of the window for birds! Henry was super proud of himself and has been with every sign he has mastered since. It has also helped to create a wonderful bond with his dad as Henry has taught him to sign! could do for us so I enrolled into the next available class and we began our incredible baby sign journey.

Learn baby signing with your little one in a super fun and interactive way and communicate with them before they can talk. Both my Baby Signing and Toddler Talking classes are full of fun with a HUGE focus on developing your childs speech and language skills. For more info on how our classes differ, please have a read through the tabs above! I started TinyTalk when Eleanor was 3 months old, I was a first-time mum and I found other baby groups quite lonely. A friend recommended that I join TinyTalk with her, and so I did. From the first class I absolutely loved it! Not only was Eleanor engaged, happy and learning a new skill, I was too! And I had a chance to chat to other parents with a hot cup of tea in the designated social time. It felt like the first class I had attended that thought about me as a parent and what I needed, as well as my baby. This was even more beneficial when George arrived, suddenly other baby classes were double the price as I had two children, or they were only age appropriate for one of them. TinyTalk catered for both! George attended his first class at 6 days old and we all still go to Mollie’s classes now. The TinyTalk Newborn Communication Workshop is a fascinating journey through your tiny baby’s world and gentle introduction to the invaluable world of baby signing. The next 6 week workshops will commence in September 2023. Your baby must be 12 weeks (age adjusted if prem) or under at the start of the workshop. Places are limited and subject to availability it is possible to join the workshop partway through.

they are just bursting full of things they want to tell you. This is where baby signing with TinyTalk can help. The TinyTalk programme uses simple signs and gestures based on BSL (British Sign Language) to enable babies to communicate their needs, feelings and focus of attention before they are able to speak. Classes are suitable from 0-24 months. I now also offer Toddler Talk classes, suitable from 18m/2years up to preschool age (approx 3.5years). These classes follow the same fun pattern as Baby Signing classes, but also focus on speech, confidence and social skills. My daughter was 3 months old when we started TinyTalk classes. This gave me a chance to learn many of the key signs myself and to incorporate them into our home routines before Lorna was actually able to sign to me. She started signing before she was 7 months though and I felt that starting early was worthwhile for us. Favourite Sign: Cow (because of the beautifully aggressive way Eleanor used to sign it!) and rabbit (because of the way George hops about grinning when he signs it!)I have found it really fulfilling to understand him from such an early age. Not only could he communicate to me that he wanted milk, food, a drink, or bed but I also got very early insights into what else he was aware of; he signed 'windy' to me when the trolley was stopped under the air-conditioning unit in a shop, and for months responded to my enquiries about his dirty nappies by signing 'dog'; jokingly trying to shift the blame for the smell!!! Waterproof, fast response data logger ideal for high temperature monitoring. View Range Tinytag Dry Shipper
