Many headsetusers are reporting that their headset microphone is not working properly. They can’t talk to people on the microphone.

Old V/C Units – these feature the wordings ‘ON/OFF’ and so please ensure the slider is set to the OFF position on the Mic Mute Switch, so that the mic isn’t muted (as per the name).

Try these fixes:

Hold down the Windows logo key and press the R key on your keyboard at the same time to bring up the Run dialog, then type “ control” and press Enter.
