Whichever brand you choose, I always recommend using a good quality brand, which will usually be made from a blend of different flours such as rice flour, and oat flour and usually a binding agent such as xanthan gum. Egg : Just one large. I haven’t tested these with a flax egg substitute but if I do I’ll update the recipe here! Roll cookie dough into balls using your hands and then flatten them – as they won’t spread much in the oven. Bake for approximately 12 minutes and then leave to cool completely before enjoying with a cold glass of milk. And if you aren’t a fan of (or can’t find) the bloody candy eyes, use whatever you like! M&Ms, chocolate chips, mini Oreos.. you get the picture. In a separate bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, rolled oats and salt and gently whisk together. Then add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Mix on a low speed until chocolate cookie dough forms.
