The starting dose is 600mg daily. Your doctor should gradually increase this dose by 200mg every 3 days depending on your condition. Failure to file any of the documents within the prescribed periods should be reported to the Applicant/Agent as soon as it has been identified. If it is possible to extend the period for filing the document under r.108 this should also be reported. If it is not possible for the document to be filed within the prescribed periods as extended the Applicant/Agent should be told that the divisional application will be treated as withdrawn through failure to file the document. 14.23 Sodium valproate is a prescription medicine.
