The story line is clearly written and obvious enough for early readers to follow. I think the concept of boarding school and a life where parents are rarely around might be enough to interest some children but the overall story isn't terribly exciting. The illustrations however, are very well done and truly what make the book interesting. Instead, it's a mystery. The local wealthy adults are being robbed and the police are without any tangible leads. The only clue is the fact that their recently adopted dogs have also gone missing.

On cuva Otolinu dok su njeni roditelji na putu, gde nabavljaju nove stvari za njihove zbirke kao sto su kraljevske kape i krune, meteoriti, skoljke, izuzetno male slike, bocice za mirise, termofore, plave bocice,mreze za hvatanje leptira, maske , itd.. It's a short, fun story with neat little references to the Beatles for the adults. Ottoline lives in an apartment in the Pepperpot Building. Her parents are explorers and rarely home, communicating with Ottoline by post card. (remember them?). Her constant companion is Mr. Munroe, a friendly troll. Their parents found Mr. Munroe during one of their trips to Norway.

As she's trying to figure out what her gift might be, a ghost starts to haunt the school... I loved the tour part as it showed a new side to the city/town and also the various creatures that apparently lived there and you totally didn't expect. Mr Munroe is Ottoline's friend and is from a bog in Norway. He is a little creature with long, straight hair that Ottoline likes to brush. It is also hinted that Mr Munroe also has a diploma from Who R U. [4] In the book, he disguises himself as a dog named Bimby Bottlenose II, Emperor of Heligoland, Pedigree Norwegian Lapdog (to which they called him Nosey). He draws a map of Apartment 243, for Ottoline to catch the Yellow Cat while trying to steal the money from Ottoline's apartment. Mr Munroe was found by Ottoline's parents in Norway and taken in. He was given a coat and a pair of sunglasses by Ottoline's parents. Mr Munroe lived with Ottoline since she was a baby and they were best friends ever since. Worried about her best friend, Ottoline and the bear who lives in her house decide to take a trip across the seas to find him. In a submarine, plane, and raft, the pair meet adventurers of all types on their trip.
