The Bestway Power Steel 16ft Above Ground Rectangular Pool is designed and built with carefully selected materials, to ensure a robust and long-lasting product. To fix a puncture you will require a repair kit. We would suggest using a waterproof repair patch or epoxy vinyl glue. This is normally caused either by the pool not being set up on flat level ground or someone standing or leaning on the frame of the pool. We would suggest moving the pool to a more suitable location. We would also advise that you do not stand on the frame of the pool, the ladder must be used for entering and exiting the pool. This type of damage is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty so you may need to replace parts. This is normal. The pool will bend inwards until the pool has been filled up to 80% capacity.
