Ensure you are using the correct Washer type for the head of the fixing - you MUST use a CSK Washer with Countersunk-head fixings, and F/B Washer for all "flat-bottomed" fixings such as pan-heads, flange-heads etc. Great product with a wide colour range and good size options, fast delivery, great price and very helpful customer service, would definately recommend giving them a try.We needed some screw caps to match some pre-finished timber products.
