About this deal

This ability is common to almost all ADEPTA SORORITAS units in the army except Mortifiers. Models with this ability get a 6+ invulnerable save. In addition, one model in the unit can attempt to Deny the Witch once per turn, but the roll is taken on 1D6. Unless, of course, you have ambitions of living out the rest of your days as a lobotomised, cybernetically enhanced, drug-fuelled killing machine, that is…

Triumph of Saint Katherine– We’ve been telling people how great the Triumph was since released and the world has properly cottoned on at this point – this unit turbo-charges your Acts of Faith in multiple ways, and giving you an avalanche of extra dice is one of them. Of the tools that provide access to additional or modified Miracle dice, the ones that see the most use are: The Adepta Sororitas 10th edition rules are available in the free Index from Games Workshop. The armyis focused on short-range firepower, particularly flamer and melta weapons, plus brittle but powerful combat units. The Penitent Engine, Repentia, and Flagellants are alldeadly but extremely fragile melee combatants. There’s nothing stopping you popping the Repentia and Flagellants into the Rhino for some extra protection, but remember they won’t be able to charge if they disembark from the transport after it has moved.

We’re so excited to see the love you folks have for this new range – everyone here at Games Workshop put a huge amount of creative energy into remaking this faction, and it’s been truly humbling to see your response. You can see what we mean by the Seraphim squad fully assembled. The two boxed in red are the same pose with different head options. The same exact theme stands for the models boxed in green. The remaining choices don’t make a ton of sense; flamers, meltaguns, chainswords, and power swords all require you to put your leader in harm’s way and when you’re sporting a T3/3+/1W profile, that’s not where you want to be. Sister Repentia Like Pious Vorne, he gives you the option of squeezing in an extra specialist and could pair with a Zealot Repentia/Endurant. That said, he’s very expensive. He costs 50% more than a Repentia and adding him to your team will almost certainly bring your model count down by 1, which is a big deal. Since then, the Sisters of Battle have thrived, both as internal regulators for the Ecclesiarchy, and as holy soldiers, should the need arise. Their faith has never wavered, and they can be found on battlefields across the galaxy, clad in shining ceramite and praising the Emperor’s name, forever fighting the heretic, the witch, and the alien. The Bloody Rose have proven themselves to be the strongest of the Sororitas subfactions. The gap between them and the other options has closed quite a bit in the move from 8th to 9th, but that’s very much because of the other factions getting better rather than the Bloody Rose getting worse. Last but not least we have the pure army “Doctrine” style effect for the Sisters of Battle. As long as your whole army is Adepta Sororitas or Adeptus Ministorum (i.e. drawn from this book) units with the Sacred Rites ability (all SORORITAS units except mortifiers) gain a bonus.

I would also seriously consider taking some Celestian Sacresants, as with these you’ll find that they make perfect bodyguards for your characters as enemy units are unable to target them. They also come with a 4+ invulnerable save. Blessed Bolts (2 CP): I like this a lot. Turn your Storm Bolter into an AP-2 D2 monster weapon. In Rapid Fire range, that’s quite nasty and threatens a wide range of targets in Kill Team. It’s a bit pricey but can be clutch in ensuring that a key target goes down. B+ Guess which of these models you’re going to want in all of your Kill Teams. Good if you find yourself having rolled for rites and ended up with a double, but with
