Description

Departments and agencies used to have their own logos, which were very varied in terms of design. Branding was disparate and this wasn’t cost-effective – particularly when it had to change in response to organisational changes.

The flag that indicates nationality on a ship is called an ensign. As with the national flags, there are three varieties: the civil ensign ( ), flown by private vessels; state ensigns (also called government ensigns; ), flown by government ships; and war ensigns (also called naval ensigns; ), flown by naval vessels. The ensign is flown from an ensign-staff at the stern of the ship, or from a gaff when underway. Both these positions are superior to any other on the ship, even though the masthead is higher. In the absence of a gaff the ensign may be flown from the yardarm. (See Maritime flags.) National flags may also be flown by aircraft and the land vehicles of important officials. In the case of aircraft, those flags are usually painted on, and those are usually to be painted on in the position as if they were blowing in the wind. Students can add to the display by bringing in symbols that represent things about their own lives. It was unclear on what grounds Celebertti, a Nicaraguan national, was excluded. The Ortega government has made no comment on the matter. Royal Decree 2027/1998, of 18 September, accepting the free assignment by maestro Francisco Grau Vergara of the performing rights resulting from the revision and orchestration of the National Anthem and the attribution of the administration of these rights to the Ministry of Education and Culture (OSG No. 233, of 29 September 1998) Voting is a fundamental aspect of democracy and is a symbol of civic participation and collective decision-making. It is a way for individuals to have a voice in determining the direction and leadership of their country or community. By casting their vote, citizens can influence policies, elect representatives, and shape the future of their society.

This coat of arms was in force from 1977 until it was replaced by the current one in 1981, under Law 33/1981, of 5 October, governing the Coat of Arms of Spain. The National AnthemUnder the reign of Queen Isabel II of Spain (1833-1868), use of the bi-colour flag spread to the Army and the Spanish flag was thus unified. The Royal Decree of 13 October 1843 provides for the replacement of all flags, standards and badges, and military ensigns with other new red-weld ones.
