Comments:Very good reel for the money. Bought to have a spare on a trip to Lake Erie. Ended up using the reel most of the week and caught several 4 to 5 pound smallmouth and up to 10 pound drum. Used the reel throwing Ned rigs. Again very good reel plan on buying another! The device has an M-Compact body that brings the fishing rod near to your palm. This will create some problems at the beginning, as you are not used to it. As you practise, you will find better support, and your casting distance will improve.

They handle real good in salt. Very smooth and easy to cast. Using 10lb on the 2000 and 15lb on the 3000. Mainly using this with finesse type lures and popping corks.
