Nothing new here that I haven't read before in other self-help style books... The delivery is great and I enjoyed the 'realness' of it. I love Adam’s online content but most of that is already in this book, I think the journal points at the end of the book are great so I’m looking forward forward to using those.. maybe the rating will go up following that? There's lots of 'Your Vibe attracts your Tribe' and 'Knowing your worth' going on here. It's a good snappy reminder of how you can be effective at life - to be honest, it's a short listen so I'll probably listen to it a few times when I need reminding of a load of these concepts without having to dedicate time to a whole/more complex book.
