The 2160p resolution offers a tangibly sharper There's camera ringing, and at times it's quite heavy. There's perspective distortion and lens distortion. Edges of shots curve. I think this is due to the lenses used, but if that's incorrect, please let me know in the comments. Also, with the camera ringing, there's also color bleeding. Film grain is light and very consistent apart from one scene. Pulp Fiction comes to 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray from Paramount. The Ultra HD Blu-ray delivers an excellent 4K presentation, with added Dolby Vision HDR for good measure.
What hit us was not only the unique way Tarantino wrote dialogue but also the narrative structure he had crafted, in which the story didn’t unspool in a linear way. Sure, he wasn’t the first person to do either of those things in film, but he did so at a time when conventional narratives were the norm at multiplexes.
