HOW TO USE CHARCOAL ON THE KETTLEMAN™ - Char-Broil

The Char-Broil Bullet Smoker is our traditional charcoal smoker with an easily accessible ash pan. This lidded charcoal barbecue has a lid-mounted thermometer that enables you to optimally monitor the temperature of your grill. I'd recommend looking at the Charbroil YouTube videos to show exactly what to do and just follow them, it really is that simple ! Cooking was on the slow side too, but that isn’t entirely a bad thing. It did the job and retained heat well. We found we could cook for a long time with only a small amount of charcoal. Although Charbroil BBQ grills are long-lasting and durable, accidents can happen, and this means that you may need to buy replacement infrared and other grill parts. The coals are surprisingly close to the grill. As a result, you require less charcoal – two handfuls is plenty. In addition, the cooking height is higher than most, so you bend down less to tend to items.
