Drain Health Abbr - Normally, when a Health HP bar runs out, that’s it. Most of the time, something really bad happens like they die, fall asleep, go insane or whatever. But maybe you don’t want it to be so drastic. Maybe running out food or water doesn’t kill you but starts draining your normal HP.
