Now I’m a husk of the person I used to be, I’m travelling down a route that’s too hazy to follow, and I don’t see any way out. let me just say, the hype is real! i went into this pretty blind, not knowing much other than a few of the tropes and i’m so glad i did. this book is by far one of the most beautiful and heartbreaking books i’ve ever read. noah riley is the best book boyfriend of all time. i will forever adore him. he is the most selfless, most amazing human being to ever exist. i love the way he sacrificed himself in so many situations. and the love he had for his mom just melts my heart. Oh my! What a ride this story was! I just have to start by saying this is my favorite story of all time! It has definitely made it to the top of the "Read Again" list and I just can't wait to do it again. She had everything figured out, and knew exactly what and who she wanted out of life. Then he returned, determined to prove her wrong more than ever. He has forced his way right into her world, and demanded her whole attention no matter what the cost.Also, can I just add a more general observation. This is not particular to this book only, I’ve seen this done 100 times before and that’s the overprotective brother routine.
